What a workspace is
A workspace holds one brand. Inside it sit up to three competitors, the topics you want asked about, the engines you have chosen, and every answer Keylight has ever collected for it.
An agency usually makes one workspace per client. A business usually has one, or one per sub-brand.
Why one brand per workspace
Because the score is about a brand. Two brands in one workspace would produce one number that describes neither.
Capacity is shared, workspaces are not
Your plan gives you one pot of tracked capacity for the whole account, not a ration per workspace. A workspace tracking a demanding client can use more of it than one tracking a quiet client, and you decide the split. The Capacity page shows where it is going.
What your plan does limit is how many workspaces you can have: 1 on Solo, 5 on Business, 15 on Agency, unlimited on Agency Plus.
What a workspace remembers
Everything. Every answer bought for it is kept, which is why the evidence page can show you the exact text from eleven weeks ago, and why changing how we recognise a brand can be tested against answers already collected rather than by buying them again.
