Archive a workspace, and what happens to its data

Archive a workspace from its settings. You will be asked to type its name to confirm.

What is kept

The workspace, its brand and competitors, its topics and questions, its scores, and every answer collected for it. The evidence stays with the workspace.

What it frees

The questions in that workspace stop being asked, so the capacity they used is available again from the next Monday. Deleting a workspace mid-week does not refund the checks already run that week, because they have already been bought.

If you only want it to stop

You do not have to delete a workspace to stop it costing capacity. Removing its topics and typed questions, or unticking its engines, stops the checks while keeping everything collected so far. That is usually the better move for a client on pause, because the history is the part you cannot buy back later.

If the whole account is closing

Cancelling a plan is different and is covered in Billing. In short, history is kept for 90 days past the end of the paid period and then deleted.
