Add competitors
A workspace tracks up to three competitors alongside the brand. They get the same treatment: the same questions, the same engines, the same scoring, the same evidence.
That is what lets you say your client is named in a third of answers while the rival they worry about is named in two thirds, and show the answers behind both.
Why three
Three is enough to answer the question a client actually asks, which is about the two or three names that come up in their sales calls. More would spread attention rather than add to it.
You do not have to guess who they are
Keylight reads every answer for brands nobody typed in, and reports who is winning your questions whether or not you listed them. See Who else came up in Scores and evidence.
If a discovered brand turns out to matter, you can promote it to a tracked competitor in one click, as long as you are under the three.
Competitors do not cost extra capacity
They are read out of answers you have already bought. Adding a competitor does not change what a check costs or how much of your capacity a workspace uses.
