Who you are dealing with
Keylight is a product of LunarMono, the sole proprietorship of Abhijeet Gupta, registered for GST in India under 05CQIPG4372B1Z7. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean LunarMono, and “you” means the person or business using Keylight.
You can reach us at hey@trykeylight.com.
How payment works
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
That means Paddle takes your payment, issues your invoice and handles the tax on it. Their buyer terms apply to the sale itself, and these terms apply to your use of Keylight.
What Keylight does, and what it does not do
Keylight measures how often a brand appears in answers given by AI search engines, and shows you which pages those engines are quoting. It asks a list of questions on a weekly schedule, records the answers, and reports what it found.
We do not guarantee that any brand’s visibility will improve, and we do not sell a method for improving it. No technique for influencing AI answers has a proven effect, and our methodology page explains why.
We report what the engines said on the day we asked. AI engines change their models and their answers vary between identical questions, which is why every score is published with its margin of error and the raw answer beside it.
Plans, and how usage is counted
One slot is one question sent to one engine, once.
Every plan tracks a set number of questions, shared across all the client workspaces on your account, and every one of them is rechecked each week. The week runs Monday to Sunday for everyone. You can add more capacity at any time for $100 a month per 1,000 extra questions a week, on any plan above Solo.
If a check fails and we ask the engine again, the retry is on us and does not use one of your slots.
We will not start a run that would take you past your allowance. If you need more, move to a bigger plan.
Your account
Anyone you invite to your account can see and edit everything on it. There are no restricted roles. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping your login details safe.
You must not resell raw access to Keylight, share one account across separate businesses, or try to pull data out of the product by automated means other than the exports we provide.
Who owns what
You own the data you put in: your brands, your competitors, your keywords, your client names.
You own the results we produce for you. You can export them, keep them, and put them in front of your clients, including under your own branding.
We keep the right to use anonymised, aggregated measurements to run and improve Keylight and to publish research about how AI engines behave. Nothing we publish identifies you, your clients or your keywords.
The engines we ask
Keylight uses the official paid developer connections offered by Perplexity, Google, OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic. We do not log into consumer accounts and we do not scrape.
Engines occasionally change what they offer, what they charge, or their terms. If one becomes unavailable, we will tell you and you can move your slots to the others.
Changes, cancellation and suspension
We can change these terms or our prices. If a change affects what you pay or what you get, you will get thirty days notice by email before it applies to you.
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered on the refund page.
We can suspend or close an account that has not paid, or that is being used in a way this page forbids. Where the problem can be fixed, we will say what it is and give you a chance to fix it first.
Liability
Keylight is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, or that an engine will answer every question we send it.
We are not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of what Keylight reports, or for losses caused by an engine changing its behaviour. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Dehradun have jurisdiction.
