Invite your team

Open Team and send an invitation to an email address. Keylight gives you a link to pass on. It works once, and it stops working after it has been used.

There are no roles

Everyone on the account has full edit access. There is nothing to configure, nothing to learn, and no way to accidentally lock a colleague out of something.

This is deliberate. Role systems exist to solve a problem a two to twenty five person team does not have, and every one of them costs somebody an afternoon.

Seat limits

Solo allows 5 people. Business allows 20. Agency and Agency Plus are unlimited.

The caps are set high enough to be a guard against abuse rather than a squeeze. If you are near one, the Team page says so.

Removing someone

Remove them from the Team page. They lose access immediately. Nothing they created is deleted, because the work belongs to the account rather than to the person who typed it.
