Questions your brand was missing from
Keylight names the questions your brand did not come up in, rather than only telling you the percentage that did.
For each one you can see the answer, the brands that were named instead, and the pages the engine cited.
Why this is the most useful screen
A score tells you where you stand. This tells you where the gap is. “You are named in 34% of answers” is a fact about the past. “You are absent from every question about pricing comparisons, and these four competitors are not” is something a person can take into a meeting.
How to read it
Look for clusters. One missing question is noise. A run of missing questions that share a theme is a pattern, and it usually means the engines do not associate your brand with that part of your own category.
The honest limit
Keylight does not tell you what to do about it, and will not claim that any particular action closes the gap. What it gives you is the specific questions, the specific answers, and the specific pages that won them. That is evidence. Turning it into a plan is your work, and anyone selling you the plan as a certainty is selling something nobody has demonstrated.
