What clients see and what they do not
If you give a client access, they are added to your account and see the workspaces on it. There are no roles in Keylight, so consider carefully who you add.
For most agencies the right answer is not to add the client at all. Send them the monthly PDF, or point them at a dashboard on your own address.
What is never visible to anyone
Your plan price, your invoices, what Keylight costs you, and anything under Plan and billing beyond the fact that a plan exists.
What the branding hides
With White label set, the dashboard carries your logo and your accent colour, and the monthly PDF carries no Keylight branding at all. Measured by Keylight stays at the bottom of the dashboard and is not on the PDF.
What you cannot hide, and should not try to
The numbers and their margins. The whole argument for Keylight is that a client can audit the score by reading the answers behind it, so the evidence stays reachable wherever the dashboard is.
An agency presenting a number no client can check is in the same position as every other tool in this market. Being the one who can show the working is the advantage.
