Unbranded PDF and custom domain together

These are two different things and people often expect one to imply the other.

The custom domain changes the address the dashboard answers at. A client who follows your link sees your address in the browser.

The unbranded PDF changes what the monthly report looks like. It carries your logo and your accent colour and no Keylight branding.

Setting one does not set the other. You can have a custom domain and still download a report with our name on it, or an unbranded report on our address.

Using both

This is what most agencies want. The client visits your address, reads a dashboard carrying your logo, and receives a monthly PDF that is entirely yours.

Set the logo and accent colour first, then the domain. The domain is the part that needs a DNS record and a wait, so it is the one to start early and finish later.

The one thing that stays either way

Measured by Keylight remains at the bottom of the dashboard. It is not on the PDF.

A client who looks closely

Links in the dashboard stay inside your address. The login page carries your branding too, so the seam is not in the obvious place.
