Point your own domain at the dashboard
You can put the dashboard on your own web address, so a client goes to something like reports.youragency.com rather than to app.trykeylight.com.
Set it under Your own web address on the White label page.
The two steps
Enter the address you want to use. Use a subdomain of a domain you already own, such as reports.youragency.com. Do not use the root of your main site, because that is where your own website lives.
Add a CNAME record at your registrar. Keylight shows you the exact record to add: a name, which is the subdomain part, and a value to point it at. Add it wherever your DNS is managed, which is usually the company you bought the domain from.
Then wait
DNS changes take time to spread, usually a few minutes and occasionally a few hours. Keylight checks the record and tells you when it has taken.
Once it passes, the dashboard answers at your address. The Keylight address keeps working too, so nothing breaks for anyone mid-change.
If the check does not pass
That has its own article: Why the domain check says failed.
