The Monday email

Every Monday, each workspace sends a short email to everyone on the account.

What it says

What changed beyond the noise, which websites the engines quoted, and which questions the brand was missing from.

The subject line carries a number only when the movement is real. A week where nothing happened does not get a number in the subject, because a number there implies news.

What it never says

It never recommends a fix. Keylight shows evidence and does not sell a technique, and that rule holds in the email as firmly as on the marketing site.

It also never uses the word noise. A wobble reads as “no real change” and a genuine move reads as “a real change”. These emails get forwarded to clients, and a client who reads that their score is within noise hears that the measurement is unreliable, which is not what it means.

When it does not arrive

A cancelled or paused account runs no checks and gets no Monday email.

A brand new workspace gets its first email on the first Monday after it was created.
