Tracked capacity, and why it is not an allowance

Your plan gives you tracked capacity: a number of questions that are rechecked every week.

Solo tracks 500. Business tracks 1,000. Agency tracks 4,000. Agency Plus tracks 10,000.

It is a stock, not a meter

You set up what you want tracked, and it stays tracked. You are not spending down a balance that resets, and there is nothing to use up before the end of the month.

This matters because a metered allowance makes people ration. Customers hold back questions in case they need them later, and end up measuring less than they are paying for.

So there is no rollover question

Unused capacity does not roll over, because there is no such thing as unused capacity. If you are tracking 300 questions on a Solo plan, you are tracking 300 questions. The other 200 are room you have not filled yet.

What you give up

Bursting. You cannot save capacity for six weeks and spend it all on one enormous check. For a weekly tracker that is not a real loss, and the free report card covers the one-off question.
