Buy extra capacity
Extra capacity is one flat rate everywhere: $100 a month buys 1,000 extra tracked questions a week.
Buy as many as you want, in units of 1,000, at checkout or later from Plan and billing. There are no bundle sizes, no per-tier rates and no cap.
Where it is available
Business, Agency and Agency Plus. Never on Solo.
That is deliberate. It is what makes a Solo customer who outgrows 500 move up to Business rather than bolt capacity onto the bottom rung forever.
It never beats upgrading
Stacking add-ons past the next tier always costs more than the tier.

So if you are about to buy your third or sixth lot, look at the tier above first. The product will point this out rather than let you overspend quietly.
